If one is down for maintenance then the other will some times work for both , but usually need the correct website for which ever one you have (Rocket or NFPS)

I did the reset but it is still the same. Works fine when not prime time. Sent an email to Papaio and rec'd one back today, saying they are sorry for the inconvenience that they are working on it to get it back the way it was.
