try this
"disconnect your receiver and go back to website and delete the MAC, Then do an IPTV reset at the website. Then go back in and re-add the MAC again. Then another IPTV reset and check for results."

And the MAC has to be the one in your Avov.
Re-Check Router and Modem if One is Connected thru either as the Macs can change...! What-ever is in the Router can be dif than what is in the AVOV so make sure which one You use...!
Avov mac in the Avov box is not changeable ......Go to Settings..then Server-settings...top right of page is the mac you use for the iptv service
tried doing the resets and mac address changes like yall said still comes up your box is blocked by server. the reaseler i bought it from also tried to do a refreash on with my donation number but that didn't help eather.. at a loss there any admins here that can help????????
