Renewal not gone through?

For the first time since I subscribed to this service, I got a renewal notice a couple of days ago.

Last night I renewed so my subscription wouldn't shut off.

After payment, I checked my credit card statement to ensure the charge was pending. It was. The payment page went through, but didn't refresh for some reason. It just stayed blank.

Today, my service is stopped anyway. I got no email saying it was renewed. I usually get one pretty much immediately, though last month granted it did take almost 24 hours.

Can anyone assist me in letting me know if this has gone through or not?
