    Wont connect to server

    I have AVOV since they started making the boxes. Currently I have a TVonline 4K. I installed a new donation and the box will not connect when using XTT internet service provider. Using other providers like Xiberty and Xlaro the box connects. Does anybody has a solution for this other than changing the provider? Since the hurricane (Sep 20 2017) internet service is scarce in Puerto Rico. Does VPN work?

    On your donation panel look for provider lock see if you find your provider on the list.

    vpn not allowed. once servers detect vpn, service will be banned. I would say swap your modem and router and see if that helps.kof

    Bkmann2020- I do not see any provider lock list on the donation panel. In my donation popup the internet provider slider was in On , I switched it to Off and did not make any change. Still will not connect. I have done "IPTV reset" with no luck.
    Kingoffighter - Thanks for the VPN info. Wireless hub from provider is a new and box and the AVOV is connected directly. The AVOV will connect wireless also. Will not connect to server. All other internet features like web browsing, youtube, etc works.

    If you put the portal URL into a browser, do you get a blue screen with the message that this device is not supported?

    Since you get that page, it suggests the provider is not blocking the channels. Exactly why it isn't working with that provider is curious. Have you tried it with the WEB player to go at it from a different angle? Since I don't have/use an AVOV, I'm grabbing at strings a bit.

    Maybe check the Mac Addy in the Router to see if it is showing the Mac of the AVOV which should bee the same one with the Server...?!?

    I did the procedure now the message is "Your STB is blocked call the provider" When using the WEB app
