go to rocket website, change your 12 digit donation code (generate new one). Make sure to copy down that new code.
Then an iptv reset at the same Rocket webpage.
Then enter new donation code on receiver and check for results.

I do get some freezing but only on certain channels like 9209 but 9200 doesn't freeze. I get a lot of channels with looping issues but they tend to be English channels like ITV. I'm not sure if its server, player or disconnection issues relating to the server or the service. Too many possibilities but it appears to be problematic with most IPTV services at one time or another.
