    Buffering at peak hours demand

Buffering started after 11 am, so this aim to server starts to get overloaded, same problem on weekdays during peak hours 4pm-11pm, this need a solution.

That seems a bit excessive. Although generally yes the service gets bad during peak hours, its typically around 7-11pm. Try an IPTV reset or switching servers.

You can always try ProgDVD. For me kodi is nothing but problems, with ProgDVD majority of the time it runs smooth just like normal TV. Make sure you have enough bandwidth, you should have at least 5mbps to stream HDTV, nice thing about Prog is you can see your bandwidth as it streams.

I have to admit this, at least this last buffering/freezing crisis is ISP related for sure, I could tested it, carried the tv box to another different ISP source( even slower than mine), no freezing, provider has reason this time, they are fine.
