    Formuler z7+ freezing??

    Hey guys

Just decided to purchase new z7+ box from all the good things and specs I've seen and heard of.

Just got it yesterday and not sure if this is part of the new update issue people are having.

But half the time I turn it on to load portal nothing shows up and freezes and have to unplug and plug back in and it works.

The other half of the time when it's working and watching tv ...when I go to change channel everything freezes and just says loading and circle spin.

Its very frustrating for a top end box like this.

I had global media box 4k and this never happened once with same server, it's weird and also picture quality seems a little different with this box. Perhaps darker?

Are there picture settings for this box?

Maybe this is the same issue people are having and waiting for this update and that's okay with me but maybe not and it's this box?

I have the same problem. When I go to change any channel, everything freezes and and keeps on " loading" circle spin.
I have factory reset a couple of times but still the same.I had Buzz xpl2000 with no such problem.
    Any thoughts or solution?

    Did factory reset.
Even worse now, hasn't been able to connect to server all day and I know server is up.

Do The T2 boxes have same issues?

Have you tried changing HLS from fast to normal?
It worked for me on Formuler z7+ and Formuler is aware of the issue. Guessing the same problem is with DL.

Ya it was always set to normal.
It didn't work all day, couldn't get it to load portal..when it finally worked for some reason tonight, when I go to vod section it seems very unstable in that section and sometimes just kicks me right off it.

Don't know if these problems will be fixed with the upgrade coming out soon or not.

Hopefully it'll all be worked out and be a smooth stable box as advertised to the public, because it will be top end box if this update solves these problems.

    I can't wait.

I do not have any of those problems wonder if it is the server as I am using a different one & is working pretty good.
