Buffering /frozen

my service just gets hung or stuck on a picture and the audio repeats after a few minutes
using ProgTV on an Nvidia Sheild , nothing else buffers or gets hung
youtube and netflix work fine
so pretty much not able to watch an actual program

is there anything i can do beside rebooting ?
Should I be using a different client or configuration?


or just wait it out

it was all good last couple of weeks
