    I remember when I was talking to a Norton Tier II tech that I asked why Norton didn't remove the Mindspark software and he advised me that they were sued by them and lost. Some judge decided people need to read the terms of service before installing such software. In one fatal swoop, this judge changed the game.

    I wonder where that decision will play into other cases as time marches on.
