Unplug receiver from the wall go into donation and do an iptv reset...
Change the last 6 numbers of your mac adress..
Do an iptv reset again..
Now change your mac adress back to the original adress
Plug your receiver back into your wall outlet..

I've changed my donation number to a different box it worked there put it back in my samsung tv stb blocked. changed the virtual mac address to generate new one still blocked used the mac address of the tv still blocked. emailed papaio they said they reset my iptv. Nothing works. they have blocked the mac address for some reason. i have uplugged changed virtual mac address reset donation number had papaio reset donation number and nothing. Just unblock the mac address.

If you are using a VPN, turn off your VPN as you will get a blocked STB message.

I "think" the problem relates to Samsung Smart Tv as they can block via remote management. The problem with Smart Tv is they monitor what apps you use, what services you use and what websites, servers or VPN's that you're connecting to. They can make anything stop working. Reset your Smart Tv by going into your Tv settings. Do not allow it to connect to your internet nor bluetooth. Get a box and let the box use the apps and keep the Tv out of the loop. I believe this will put an end to your Smart Tv problem and your blocking issues.
