STB is blocked

Renewed two donations and both give me the stb is blocked message , Tried the mac address tip and did a iptv reset to no avail . Wondering if a mod could take a look at my donations to see if they can give me a solution to the stb blocked problem. Thanks

did you reboot modem, router after resetting your Mac?

Yes , changed mac to bogus mac then back to good mac , then iptv reset , then rebooted modem router and still your stb is blocked . Can anyone please help. Seems like its on the server side. Both boxes get the same message

In the donation web page try, enable locking your country.

Double Check what You are putting in, make sure a 1 is a 1 and not an l or vice versa, make sure the periods are in the right places, Just Check all One More Time...! You did use Your New log-in information and not the old one...?!?

Used all of these and got the blocked message. Never got log in box for rocket because it was a renewed rocket so that never changed

Just went to checker site and generated a new rocket number to replace my old rocket number to see if that might help but reciever didnt have pop up box for rocket number . Where does a mag 254 store the login rocket number, how can you get to it in the menu ?

same problem with BLOCKED from a 254 that has 178days on donation that has been unused for several months. another 254 with same donation order date working ok. the BLOCKED 254 was working fine before setting it aside for months. searching for solution.

Same problem at renewal... Nothing changed but STB Blocked. I changed to my country and regenerated the donation and used the full URL...All in vain. I sent a message to info... They reset my MAG254. Finally magic happened and it worked. After about 12 hours I lost all channels. I rebooted. STB blocked again. I sent another message but so far "12 hours" no answer nor working MAG254.... Any shoulder to cry on????? hahaha
