Just purchased for a year. Went to input my MAC address and says already used. Don’t have an option to change the MAC address of my box... Avov tv online

have you tried to reset. I would reset to something else then rest back again to original Mac and see if that works.

Well tried to reset, use a different one and switch back. Nothing is working and haven’t used rocket before so I haven’t had this MAC address link before. Box was brand new. So basically I believe I’m screwed now

Sometimes what happens is that another user with a method that doesn't have an assigned MAC has used a random one and selected the one you have. Take a photo of your MAC on the box and send it to info@<font color="#26282A"><span sty...</span></font> and explain the problem and they can remove it from the current user.
