Can't load portal

I can't connect to p4, and the donation checker won't let me reset.
The reset site just times out.
I've tried rebooting router, and also the full URL.
Do the MOD's know anything about this, to lend some help?

I have a device on portal 5 that just went down and I can not reset the account or make any changes. Just times out. I don't want to change portals so I am just waiting to see if there is a resolution. I have the same problem.

same problem with server nr 3 black screen, thats all, using a MAG 254

The only thing I can say (since I'm not near a box) is there must be an issue because several people are experiencing the same situation. Thus, hold on, don't tinker with your settings and wait it out. I doubt it will take very long to get things straightened out.

Having the same issue with a Dreamlink lite ,and also mag 256w1.
