Papiao Wont Accept PW

When I went to login to Papaio it wouldn't accept my password and it wouldn't send me a new password. It kept saying Invalid Captcha when my Mac Safari had no Captcha.

I've tried several browsers and none will give me a Captcha. How can I get a new PW if I don't have a Captcha?

captcha is there at Rocket web-page for me using Fire Fox

I get the Captcha for login, but it won't accept my password, so I'm trying to get a new password. No Captcha on that page.

All I get is the word Captcha and no way to fill in one.

I've tried it with my iPhone, iPad and Windows Firefox with Parallel Desktop. Same problem, same windows.

I would think there was something in my computer blocking the Forgotten Password section, but I have no trouble on the original login page and I can't get it on anything I try

Send an email to papiao and ask them to reset the password for you.

To continue with the Captcha problem, my friend has been trying to register for this board and he can't get a Captcha on this board, so he's unable to get registered here and get some answers to get his renewed donation going.

On the same issue, he has contacted Papiao and they have reset his donation. He's has a new donation number and we don't know what to do about that?

He keeps getting the dreaded "Contact Your Provider" on his Mag254. If I remember sometimes you need to go into the setting before you get to the Mag254 portal. Could someone remind me how to do that and tell me what he needs to do at this point?
