portal won't load

Hi
my MAG 250 worked yesterday
turned it on today and the portal wont load
I get the infomr screen then the loading portal screen for about 5 seconds then it goes blank comes back on loading portal after a few seconds then goes blank i only get a blank screen.

I was using the 11.iptv server
checked my rocket on rocket checker it said portal P1.iptv so I changed to that no luck

I have rebooted the router and box no luck
if i reload the portal in settings after changing I receive the message page loading error "Please check connection and page URL"

I have 14 days left on my rocket really want it working before I renew

any help would be appreciated

there were some recent reports that the server was on and off
Them reports just came in during this last hour.
Last report said they are back on again.


That last message you got usually is correct when it says --> "Please check connection and page URL"
An Iptv Reset or double checking that URL for errors would usually fix that.
Did you also add the http:// prefix ?


Re-check your Server URL, match it with what it shows at the website.
Then disconect that Mag from internet and do the IPTV reset at the website. Ensuring your MAC is correct also.
