can't download any new apps?

strange maybe I am missing something , just bought another 2 more 3000, downloaded vlc and yes player no probs on one box but on the other , no go click install for either yes or vlc and it just sits there,,, checked unknown sources and have it set to on but ,,, what am I missing?

Which area did you check unknown sources ?
Did you do that thru Kodi or thru the Buzz menus ?

On main Buzz menu, (with the LiveTv, VOD, APPS, Market and Settings icons), select Settings.
Then in the 'More' option, down at the bottom is the Personal menu line, with 3 menu chooses ...
-Location
-Security & Restrictions ... add unknown sources can be found here.,, Verify Apps turn On or Off here too.
-Add Account

Also can try this ...
On main Buzz menu, (with the LiveTv, VOD, APPS, Market and Settings icons), select Settings.

Settings-> more -> more settings -> down to device section and press Apps.
Select Aptoide tv from list.
In next window select permissions -> scroll to storage and turn it ON.
