    stb blocked

    i've renewed now it says stb blocked contact provider,i didn't change anything in setting?? the yellow bar don't show up at all??

    I have same issue, started yesterday (02/21/2018) was working fine for about 6 months. I checked ROUTER CHECKER it"s showing ACTIVE, 196 DAYS LEFT MAC # IS CORRECT. WHAT IS GOING ON

    after it shows blocked did you go to profile to make sure info is correct?

    have yous tried changing the portal ?
    Do that at same web-site page that you do an iptv reset.
    Change the Portal there, then do same on the receiver. Then reboot receiver, and check results.
    If still same then do the Reset with the receiver disconnected and then check results again.

    those colored buttons you see do nothing.
    To get to your inner portal, use the setup button on your remote. It is located just below the blue button.

    I think what Dishuser meant was to go to the service website and cross match the server URL portal with what is showing on your receiver.
    Change it on your receiver to match what it shows at the website (if necessary).
    Then before you leave that website , perform an IPTV Reset on your code.
    Disconnect the mag receiver before you do the reset.
