My service had expired, so I did what I usually do and renewed with my CC
It always, ALWAYS renews immediately.
This time, Even though the credit card transaction went through, I got no email and my route checker still says stopped.
Can anyone help me out?

Never mind. I renewed last night and as I typed this, I got a renewal email.

They do say up to 24 hours. That said I always allow an extra day if I renew on the weekend. After all they get weekends too. Today I renewed about 3 minutes ago. Got confirmation in e-mail before I was able to leave the renewal page! Very fast guys! Thanks for this service.
