Freezing on 2 boxes

Channels freezing all the time for days!
I do have 2 mag254 connected in S1, with wire internet / 150MB service
Ia anybody working to solve the problem?

Both boxes are now up and working without freezing.its great to be able to watch tv

Both boxes now freezing on some channels 192 bumb me off channel and 113 cooking channel ifc not freezing watching in time i dont understand the bad reviews whether you like timberlake or not this is a good movie to me

Same here many clients reporting freeze or black screen
