2012 Tony Stewart #14 Mobil 1 Galaxy (Lionel Action)
It appears to be not all that rare, but I wanted something that would remind me to change my oil from time to time, especially when it "smokes." lol. Kevin Harvick would have been my second choice.

I am pretty sure that on a few of them #20 cars, he has 'Smoke' written as his driver name just above driver's window.
That #14 Mobile Oil car is pretty sweet
I beleive that the diecast hobby has come down to one main manufacture now (well since a couple years) and that is Lionel Action cars.
I will check on that but pretty sure is how it is now. They will all have open window boxes.
So any new authentic nascar diecast car after just a year or two ago will be a Lionel Action car only.I must not forget, we must not forget, that we are human beings.
