try changing the server URL Portal at the service website.
Disconect power from Mag and then do a IPTV Reset at the website.
Then enter that new portal in the Mag (you will only have to change one digit in that URL in the Mag server menu)

Just try to bypass the router. That`s what worked for me with the mag256.Plug it directly in the modem
