Channel 118 A&E Error Message popup: Can't play this video

Hi,

New to IPTV & just got going on Dreamlink T1+ thanks to you guys (Cheers!!) .... ran into this issue:

Channel 118 A&E Error Message popup: Can't play this video ... have to click OK & go to another channel quickly or the Error Message pops up again. (Noticed similar on a couple other channels)

1) Does this mean the channel is temporarily missing & will come back?? ... or do I have some issue??
2) How can I avoid the silly popup Error Message & not have to click OK ... any settings??

Channels are up and down all the time it is IPTV we are using
