    No EPG info on British Cnannels

    The USA channel info is good on EPG but all British channel info is blank.
    I have not seen any posts about this issue.
    Am I the only one who's MAG 254 is affected?... thks

    Most likely there were no data for the channels during the pull. That is reflected as no information in the guide.

    Schedules Direct announced a change in their GBR lineup.

    So Ilan are you saying the info will be coming back or not?
    As of this morning (6days) the English channel info is still missing even though I rebooted the Mag.
    It's nice to have the channels but without info it's very frustrating.
    My subscription is due in Jan and if the info is not going to come back it means
    I will need to look at another option.

    I don't know when they will update the code to conform to the new requirements. We don't get that kind of information. You can email them and express your concerns, however. They do read the e-mail.

    Thks for the suggestion ilan, I'll try that.
    I have read that if you do e-mail them they just refer you to this forum for help.
    I will give it time till my subscription expires in mid Jan/18 and if the info is not there by then
    I will not renew and search for a better IPTV service.
    The only thing that usually works is if the money stops rolling in.
    That's what usually causes changes.... thks
