when adding a video file such as Exodus just how do you get an icon below the bar so you can just click on it instead of going through the files?

On the Kodi Bar, select System
Select Appearance
Select Skin and then Settings
Select Addon Shortcuts

then go from there ....

Thanks got it. Now question 2. When I use Exodus, and look for movies, I do not get any thumbnails to click on but if I choose TV shows, everything is okay.

Again, I don't know what specifically you are pointing to. I have three boxes and two of them give me options on Exodus one does not. Is there a reason you can't tell me just what you want to tell me/

if you had typed exodus in google you would know it was replaced months ago
addons come and go
lately they just go
