Is it safe to assume this is a provider issue and not a software issue?


I've never had an IPTV service that every channel worked so not sure what to think. So when I go to a channel and get the above message I just assume it's the provider. But there has
been times when I get that message and then change players within the Buzz app and then I will get a picture.

Also, when watching a channel, that message will pop up randomly for a few seconds and then go back to the picture. This scenario really has me scratching my head.



I guess I could use different apps outside of the Buzz App to see if the issues happen there but I'm curious on other's thoughts?
