Sound coming and going, have tried new HDMI cable, sound was ok, turned off box, back on a few hours later no sound, I'm new at these boxes so simple answers would be helpful pleasethe box is brand new and was installed on Thursday just gone.

Sound problems with my mag256 box

I am experiencing the same issue and it doesn't matter what I do the sound just go off. it works sometimes then and I change the channels it stops working. Sometimes I have to reboot the Samsung TV then the MAG 256 and the sound will come back for a while.

any fix for this issue ? it seem to be a firmware thing?
