Stbemu will not load during startup. What's the fix?

Hi, I'm having an issue with a stbemu I've never experienced before. It will not load at all during start up, and is 100% stuck.

Is there a fix for this? I've tried changing the mac address, stb model, route, etc with no luck.

The Android tv box is running 4.2 could this be why? Do you think I should try it with kodi instead?

Yes, the "portal url" is correct, which is the only thing I usually check in portal settings.

I had a similar problem, I fixed it by going and changing the mac, donation number and reset on the server. BE SURE to write down the new numbers as you will need the new numbers at some point. After doing that, I changed my mac on my box to correspond to the changes in my settings and then rebooted the box. It came up and loaded the yellow brick road.

The donation is "route" right? I've changed that and mac address, and it still didn't work. I'll try it again, but this time resetting server. How do I go by doing this?

What's odd is that I got it to work on kodi (channels only and guide kicks me out), but it's so laggy compared to Stbemu.

I changed route, mac, and reset iptv. I also changed mac on box, and it's still not loading. I don't think there's a fix for this issue. Maybe it's the box, because it works on kodi, just extremely laggy.

Fixed it! The solution was to use the full version url instead of default.

The next time it fails to load, try going to settings and scroll down to Portal, press ok and then press ok again on the green dot that shows up, the dot will grow larger, then release the ok button. It reboots the portal with the old configuration settings. It works for me every time the loading sticks mid way or part way. Not sure if this is memory related or not.
