problem setting up rocket on buxxtv xpl3000

HI just got a new buzztv xpl3000 I am trying to setup rocket iptv but no go. I had avovs and had no problem setting them up. I have input all data but it does not connect. In server url I have input p1.iptvrocket.tv/c/ as well as trying http://p1.iptvrocket.tv/c/ I have reset mac in rocket checker but still does not connect. Any ideas? This was working on the avov.

have you checked your internet connection

Do you get an error message? If so, what is it? Try the address without the /c/

About the only thing that can go wrong is entering the portal address incorrectly or not typing the donation number correctly in both the login and password fields.

reboot router turn it off for few mins too
