    6 middleware solutions?

The BuzzTV xpl3000 is advertised to have 6 middleware solutions. How does one know which middleware is being used and how would one change to another middleware? I find no information in the box saying what middleware is in use nor can I find an option to make such changes to the middleware in the settings.

You don't make changes to middleware... that is based on the server. What I think it means that it can connect to 6 different types of middleware, via on-board client software.

Your service provider... they have a server that connects to your client (the box software), via middleware.

The "middleware" at the server is like a transaction manager... it matches your channel request with streams it has on the actual server.

When a box seller says they can connect to different middleware, it just means that the firmware on the box is able to communicate with that provider's server middleware.

The supported services here use Stalker middleware (which is now rebranded as Ministra TV) as its preferred software for connecting to dedicated IPTV boxes. They also have a method using m3u lists or urls to get their streams.
