i linked my mac to my paid donation, and it does not work, i get no yellow bar, or authentication prob, stb is blocked.my mac has all lower cas letters ie b4:6d....,but it shows up as all caps when i recheck the donation code i linked to.i tried both caps and lowercase, and get the same thing.i have set up over a 6 mac addys after linking them to the code with no prob.any idea's on this one guys, i could really use you help here.rechecked mac addy a dozen times.thanks

Since the free trial has not ended, mac registration will not cause the unit to be blocked, the numbers being in lower case or upper case does not matter so the problem seems to be with the connection form the unit out to the internet, try going into the inner portal and see if you get surf the net with the browser, double check the portal address and like rockycat said, try several times to unplug the unit and try again. The service has been on/off (connection problems/ long delays) since last night maybe due to heavy traffic or some maintenance but if try it when we are back to normal.

forgot to mention the mac addy on the bottom of the box is written so small i use a magnafying glass to read it,and i have in fact found where i have read it wrong.i believe this is my prob since i still cant get it to work.on the same subject let me ask you, will the paid donation code work on my samsung tab 2.i have the demo working fine already on it.it is connect direct to the internet.should i use the mac in the settings of the tablet ?i hate to waste my donation code so if you think this will work,i will do that if i can"t find the the right mac addy for the box (matricom g)thanks guys.

update:switched to samsung tab2 mac address and it works fine on my tablet.must have the tiny numbers wrong on the matricom box.i dont know how you can print so small, the numbers a smeared because that.or maybe i need a better box coz it runs slow anyway.thanks guys,its nice to know we have guys like you out there to help us.GREAT forum.

for the mag look in manual back page or server info some thing like that the other one give it time to go private then try it can always can change it to different mac address on another device
