I just turned on my mag 254 and it is giving Authentication problem? I Used the same Mac Address that it gives me when I choose my Network info in system settings.....should I load my routers Mac address instead?

it could very well be someone using stalker client or stb emu has used that mac and is logged in...we were just down for awhile so I suggest you try again and reboot entire system. modem/router and box, thks

The device info shows a different Mac Address then the Mac Address in System/Network Info/ current status screen.... I have tried both but neither cleared the authentication problem error.
