"Server unavailable" Error message

My box gives me the message "server unavailable", but when I try to access the rocket URL it gives me the message which indicates the box is not blocked. Everything worked fine until last night so something is going on.

Any thoughts anyone?\

BTW: This issue is only with "video club movies", the TV channels work fine.

I think the VOD is down at that moment as mine VOD at 7:45 AM today is working

Yes, I get the same 'Server Unavailable' error as well

Whenever I got server unavailable, I just assumed the server was busy which usually happens with the newest and latest movies. I never attempted to make any changes when this message came up as a few days later, the same movie would simply play without any messages. Too many boxes being served might be the root cause.
