Factory Reset File - does not work on the Plus box

I mean I toss the file on a flash, and hold CHAN UP while it's booting, and the box boots as per normal, right to the splash screen, so not able to factory reset it. I must be missing something?

should store that " _recovery_facinit" to root (top folder) folder of your usb stick memory.
and when you power on T1, you should click channel up button continuously until recovery menu pops up.
and do not touch anything until everything done.

that file is EMPTY and it does not work
I try to read the command and the file has NOTHING
We all in here are not stupid.

How long do you have to press the up channel on the remote control ???? I CONTINUOUSLY press the button almost 5 minutes and nothing. Is that ok ??????

ever time I use winzip it says 0 files , 146 before need help tks wine
got dl fixed, understand the 0 still wont download, ill try again since I got
