    Global Media Box 4K - My TV Black screen

    I'm having an issue when I click on 'My TV' as the screen quickly goes black and nothing loads. When I hit the home or back button it goes to the home page without a problem. It is only the My TV selection that is causing this. I've tried resetting the box and ensured that we have the latest update installed, but still experiencing this issue. We have a friend with the same box who had the same issue occur two days before us, but we have other friends who are still able to access the My TV without an issue.

    Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone have any insight into this issue and hopefully a solution?

    Go into android setting, under apps , super tv, clear data and go back to my tv and enter url again

    Thanks for your reply, really appreciate it. Before i do this, I need one follow up. How do I find the URL that I'm supposed to enter again after clearing the data. Apologies I'm a complete rookie at this.

    How to clear data there is no icon clear data it says disable or force stop.

    IN mytv press menu,,setting,enable cache,select no and reboot
