Just reset. Power still off

Turned on boxes...........NO Connect to server.
No change.

One is connected to router one is WiFi wireless....

what Lowteck meant is weather or not the avov is communicating with the router.
Do the Network IPs populate (seen thru the avovs menu) ?
Does the port light on the router flash on, when avov powers up ?

yes.
I just went from wireless to hard connect and light is lite on router.
top left of avoa box changes signs as wireless and hard wired also

I have two boxes...
one hardwired to router one wireless.
Both are not connecting.

I can use the browser on google and it works
