Drew, all you need is your 12 digit donation # and your boxes mac addy...make sure you enter the octets of your mac separated by colons and not dashes..colon :

a donation is good for one mac addy, you can't link a donation to more than one mac. you have two separate transactions to perform with 2 donations...

make sure you are entering everything correctly, even one incorrect digit/letter will cause error

if you still can't get it to work forward me or any other staff member your donation info and we will look into it for you

does your donation number work on your iks box? or are you really in the UK like your location says?
