EPG info does not match programs

The EPG info does not match program on every channel.
No idea what is now playing on each channel.
Don't know if it's messed up due to the time clock
which has now changed to a 24hr clock for some reason.

I have problems it freezes all the time
This problem has more than a week
Also change the time is no longer 12 is now 24 hours
Is there any way to fix the freezing problem
I have iptv
I saw in other forums and say iptv has problems with programming in spanish
They say they will eliminate it, I would like to know if it is true
