Channels Overwritten by MSNBC

When I change channels, all I get is MSNBC. I thought it was something I did wrong but I went to another tv and the same thing happen. I deleted the server and reinstall it, that did not fix the problem either. I like MSNBC but not on that much. Any advice will be appreciated.

What does the battery in my remote have to do with this? BTW, this is a brand new box and remotes.

Brand new box really doesn't provide a whole lot of information or specifics. Which box, which model, what operating system and what software or support is it using ?
