    Unhappy Channels down again?

    Was getting nothing on P5 and now switched to P3 and getting nothing
    NVidia Shield running Android 5.1.1 - wired ethernet to FIOS 150/150 service - Kodi 17.4 - IPTVXtra using IPTV Simple Client
