Stalker Client--macaddress to m3u

I had my box all messed up so I did a reset-start over on MyGica 1800 with Kodi 17.3. I went from macaddress to m3u on my rocket
and I only have 1 PVR enabled Stalker client--and I can not get it to work==help please this is what I have line by line.

Stalker clients like PVR Stalker require valid MAC addresses that start with either 00:1A:78 or 00:1A:79.

no you dont

check the Sticky threads in each iptv forum (Rocket, NFPS and iptv66)
There will be a thread that explains how to get a Playlist from the service (with no MAC attached needed)

after reading the sticky's it looks like you can not use the stalker client but you can use the PVR iptv simple client
is that right and if so where do I go to see how to fill it in???

OK you can't use simple client with m3u so I have moved on and disabled stalker client and am working on PVR IPTV simple client and this is what I got!!
general location remote path
m3u playlist url m3u&output=ts
cache m3u at local storage--on
number CH start 1
epg settings
location remote path
XMLTV URL blank
cache XMLTV local storage on
epg time shift 0.00
apply time shift to all CH off
CH logos
location remote path
CH logo base URL m3u&outpost=ts
CH logos from XMLTV prefer m3u
so please tell me what the hell I am missing

I think you should set up Potato TV and let it do the configuration for you on the IPTV Simple Client.
