did you go into the settings and check ethernet settings.make sure its set to DHCP and that it shows an ip address ..not just 0's
Make sure the box is connected to the Internet and try the web tv instead of the tv online app.
Go to setting ,Ethernet and your should see you IP address ,netmask,gateway,dns1, if it's
Connected The Internet .
The web tv works fine.. I have always used tv online so that is why I tried that one first. I find it strange that my old Avov box with TV Online work, but my new one don't. I am sure it is something simple that I am forgetting.
My Ethernet is set to DHCP IP address is 192.168.1.135
I had a similar problem with this box.....whatever app you used first become your default app,if you tried the web Tv first you cannot use the tv online app...its not cool but that's the way Avov design it.
then a box reset should get you back if your saying that
You have to do a MAC address reset in papiao...a box reset will not fix it..when you tried using the app..you will get an error message That said your box is block please contact your provider.

sorry you have internet just not tvonline i still do a box reset load all and if you get blocked then ip reset and i would email them or call and say wth is going on this should be as ez as heck box is messed up did you get like 4 loading screen maybe less that it was loading
all your data for box ?and goto where you get all app think market and hit all see if it updates too

But I am assuming he does, because he said that the web tv works and all the information is showing up under his internet settings
