Guide question about adults

Why doesnt the guide contain the adult channels? Do I need to change servers or guide?


Don't want to use potato tv....its wasn't in the the donation agreement....

If you read the first page of the thread for the epg you are using, you will see that viper doesn't have any interest in the adult channels and as such, doesn't pull any guide data for those and never will.

Feel free to use the provider's guide, however it is less than complete and the main reason that several people have made their own guides and share them with other users...it's not in the donation agreement...

You can easily pull your own guide data and populate whatever channels you like.

The real reason why there is no guide for Adult channels as there is no online schedule, thus no source of EPG info for those channels. The only one that might have a on-line schedule would possibly be the Playboy channel.

I'm just wondering how valuable is information about a certain program on an adult channel is anyway.

LOL I'd have to agree with Dara's thoughts on this one. Actually, there are 4 of the channels that have guide data: Playboy Latin America, Juicy, Real and Manhandle. When I first started pulling my guide data, I included them the first run. It was actually pretty funny seeing the descriptions. And then I nixed about 80% of all the server's channels anyway.
