Need help transfering my donation from old box to a new one

What boxes are you using ?
What service are you using ?
Has the MAC address from the old box been attached or linked to the donation code ?

When changing boxes with most servers you must go to the server online site and change the MAC address to the stb you are changing to in the proper line and update it. You will usually have to wait for the next server information update before the box will start to work and the server info will be updated. Some servers can do an auto update if they scan the IP and do P&P updates of the equipment. Most will not because of the possibility of piggybacking.

If you're using STB EMU go to setting inter your URL, get the mac number from the stb emu and put it in your rocket donation reboot the app and you should be up and running

my new keys wont work it says cannot connect to server any help?
