Also check your donation to see which server is assigned to you and make sure it has not expired

I have the same prob. I changed the donation from an old mag254 to a new mag254 box and it works fine after reset. Now the old mag254 says blocked. How do I get to the inner portal now? It shouldnt be linked to any donation at the moment.

Nevermind......I just rebooted box but disconnected the internet first.
