This last week or so I've been getting this other webpage when I click on the forums. I know it's because you use Cloudflare and Cloudflare has a serious bug that exposes a lot of secret data.

The page is a bulwark to prevent DoS (Denial of Service) and DDoS (Dedicated Denial of Service) hacks. The page is not a bug. While the page is displayed, the incoming traffic is analysed. If it is suspicious, it is blocked.

So this is to protect the forum and it checks everyone coming here?

Does it take info from my computer and give it to anyone?

No, it doesn't access anything other than the IP, and it doesn't use that for anything beyond the initial threat examination.

If I am posting and the Cloudfare check pops up when I hit post, I get a blank white screen and loose all of my script. At that point it will not let me refresh the page and I have to close the tab and open a new one. Very annoying on a long post as I have to re-write all of it.

with a long post, maybe copy the post before you post it.
If that damn cloudfare messsage and dirct comes up, at least you still have the copy ready to paste.
Best to copy then because you will get to copy any and all tags you may have used.

Anyway, not the best answer.. but is what I do with this cloudfare

just open two tabs on iptvtalk ........ or do what everyone else does use notepad for long posts ........... the cloudflare can't be turned off ....... it's for our protection & the site(s) ...........

I wasn't complaining... I think the ddos check has improved the site enormously... no more 502's... just mentioning a bug in case others have the same problem.
