No keyboard

Hi guys was wondering on my Avon + the keyboard does not pop up any more don't know what happen or what to do.does anyone have any input on this ,or just do a hard reset,I did want to do reset because I did not want to lose all the Kodi apps that are working,they are all the old ones don't ask how but they are other box's I had do redo repos and all that but not on Aviv.is there something or just need to backup and reset thanks .keep up the good work,

Most of the Avov boxes have a USB port. I have a USB keyboard and a usb mouse plugged in to my AVOV box. Just borrow one from a desktop computer . The Avov box seems to have the drivers.

Yes sorry forgot to mention I tried a mouse ,and nothing comes up. You can see the arrow pointing but no keyboard
