Every time it messes up. I fire up Kodi on a cheap android box. Go to live tv and pick same channel. Plays perfect every time so use that as backup. It is not the Internet provider . End of Story. End Of book. I think this is a case of biting off more than could be chewed and it will take awhile to get it right. Patience is what is needed.

Some of the Latino Channels are down or the ones can be open after 10 or 15 minutes the channel close and not able to open it again after a while if it opens....Very frustrated try to use this service ..... My ISP provider or my TV box is not the problem....

As usual no answers does not seem to be any mods here to answer the reasoning as to why any issues arise.

They just take your money without any updates they don't care period.so as of December when my subscriptions up I won't care.. any other service you can call and find out what's going on. To be honest I don't think they even know period I think they overwork the servers by taking it as much money as possible and now they just don't care

I must say that after reading this thread it's clear that I'm not alone in my assumptions about the service. While I understand the service isn't perfect, not updating individuals that have paid for subs that don't work consistently is an issue with this provider. This whole I don't care attitude will cost them in the end.... Which I believe will be very soon. I often switch to other providers when things aren't working correctly such as Ccloud TV and watch the program there with no problems. Bottom line is I can definitely survive without a Rocket sub, but can Rocket survive without funding from members is the big question!?!?!? I say let's put it to the test!
