Firmware update timeline

Captainkangaroo was kind enough to let us know that the T1+ update was imminent a couple of days ago. He also hinted that a T1 update would follow shortly after. Just wondering if he, or anyone else, had any idea on an ETA for that particular update and whether it will also include support for the DOL2 app?

the DOL2 has been in the Market a week or so now, but it would not load and gave a message that the T1 Plus firmware would need updating before the new DOL2 will work.
Yesterday I turned this T1 Plus on and there was a firmware update waiting.

Previous firmware v2.4.15
Updated firmware v2.7.54

After that loaded, all that needed to be done was open the DOL2 app thru the Market and it worked.

Thanks for that. I saw the DOL2 app a week or so ago aswell and I understand that the firmware update has already happened for the T1+, but as an owner of the older T1 I am wondering when, or even if, a similar firmware update will happen for my box?

In 1 week, the T1 upgrade will be released.
