I noticed this starting over the weekend. The stream is playing and then jumps back a few seconds and continues, then a few minutes later does the same thing. I noticed it happening on FoxNews Channel this morning and The Golf Channel over the weekend. I'm using Kodi, but I noticed it on both my tv box and on my computer.

I also are experiencing the same problem For me it has been going on longing than this weekend. Is there a fix coming soon maybe?
