Dreamlink T1 does not power on

Hi , dreamlink TI stopped working suddenly . Solid red light in front of box
Box does not powere, unplug for 24 hours , install recovery file on usb drive and tried power off and power on , box does not power on
any help greatly appreciated , box is only abou t 2 months old

There is no toothpick or reset option on the Dreamlink T1

I know I had problems in the past with Dreamlink power supplys on the T4 and T5 .......They would power on but would not completely boot up........used a different power supply and had no problem.....I think at least for the T4 and T5 power supplys.....the amps were 2.5 and I believe they lost some of that power and could not really turn the box on anymore..............
